EXHIBITORS must furnish all needed heavy duty extension cords, tables and other booth furnishings, or they may be rented through COASTAL SHOW SERVICES, Jamie Adams – 910-791-2909.

Acceptance as a Binding Contract

 We agree to comply with the rules and regulations as set forth by the Wilmington Woman’s Club and to the conditions under which exhibit space is leased and that if, in the opinion of the CLS, it becomes necessary to change the original allocation of space, such changes may be made by notifying the Exhibitor.

 We agree to release and forever discharge the Wilmington Woman’s Club, Inc. from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property while participating in the Wilmington Woman’s Club Coastal Living Show.

 We agree not to dismantle our booth until after closing hour on Sunday, March 20, 2011.
